Artist have the right to turn down a commission

The client agrees that the artwork will be in the respective of the artist's style. Artist can refuse any related revision requests

The agreement date is upon the first inquiry/communication or first transaction

Upfront payment 50% after the Artist finish the sketch

No refunds

Confirmation: Artist will hand out 50% upfront payment invoice after the finished sketch

Completion: Artist will hand out final invoice for the client to received the completed artwork through Google Drive

2x revisions each will be given during the sketch and color phase. Additional major changes will be charged with an additional fee

Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements, and additional requests

Additional fees may incur if the commissioned artwork turns out to be more complex than initially agreed

May take up to 7—21 working days, will let the client know if additional time is needed

Rush orders will be charged 50% extra

Final Piece will be sent over to the client via Google Drive (expire over 30 days)

Artist have the right to post the finished artwork and use it as portfolio

NDA commissions or private commissions will have an additional fee

The client acknowledges that the commissioned artworks are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive

Usage of approved sketch commissioned artwork for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms/programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms/programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited

Personal use only. Commercial use will be charged double the original cost

Profiting off (reproducing and/or selling) the commissioned artwork (without commercial fee) is strictly prohibited

Editing/altering the commission is allowed as long as the client inform the artist beforehand

The client is allowed to repost/reupload the commissioned artwork WITH credit

The client may not trace, remove, edit, or alter the artist's signature in any form of the commissioned artwork

Please respond within 3 days of the sketch preview being sent or else the client's place in the queue will be deprioritized to those who respond faster
